Sometimes, coincidences teach you a LOT!
This Friday, I got 2 calls about people changing jobs - and the similarity in both profiles - but the difference of results was astronomical!!
Both (from India) had project management backgrounds with almost the same years of experience, similar company (large IT Service) and pretty much same salary levels!
Both got a great job offer they were happy about.
But one person got a 28% salary increase and the other 93%.
And no, the second person didn't "fake" his previous salary during his negotiation.
Imagine the change in the trajectory of their career - impact of this in future earnings and growth!!

Most people looking for jobs focus on 3 things
This is almost as effective as wanting to lose weight by diet & exercise alone!
