Do People Really Need Coaching?

Do People Really Need Coaching?

A couple of weeks ago I ran a survey asking some people in my network for their views on what themes, approaches and budgets to expect from a coaching programme. I was wondering if the seed of an idea that had been growing in my head had potential to thrive in the real world.?

Let me tell you what happened.

You see, I believe that there is a lack of coaching skills in the change management space. Yes, people are trained on change models, processes and procedures, but many of these fall short of expectations, because: people.?

Coaching skills are actually people skills and if these were trained, practised and role-modelled across the business, then perhaps companies would be more successful at managing all the changes impacting them from within and outside the organisation. This idea was the inspiration for my Coaching Skills Hub, which I will be launching to the public in the new year.

So, what were the results from my survey?

Of the 200 or so people I asked for feedback, 40 came back with their comments, which is a pretty good return rate. Some interesting themes emerged which I would love to share with you as part of a mini-workshop I am hosting next week on Wednesday, November 16th at 4pm UK time. You can register here.

But that’s not all.

This is the first of a 5-part workshop series I’m planning over the next few weeks, called Pilots Club. Why the name?? Because I will be sharing details on how you can test-drive my Coaching Skills Hub and secure membership access at a very attractive pre-launch rate. In these workshops I will also be giving behind the scenes demos and updates on how I am building my learning hub, and the curriculum I am creating.

Sign up to learn more and see you next week!

And if you have read this far, DM me for the secret code and share it with your network!
