Do people buy from people? I think yes how about you?

Recently, I was thinking what do my customers know about me outside of my day job? During the working day I am primarily speaking to Social Housing providers about ventilation and how Elta Fans may be able to partner them with the aim of providing building regulation compliant ventilation solutions.

Beyond that what do people know about me; I am guessing not a great deal. Well lets put that right and put some information out there. Other than the obvious loves outside of work (i.e. my family and children) I also have a passion for Short Mat Bowling, in addition to playing the game I am the Kent Team Manager which keeps me very busy organising, selecting and managing 3 teams on behalf of Kent. It is a privilege and for me a great pleasure. In the past I was part of the Kent team that won the national cup 7 times, I have played in the England team for 6 years and been lucky enough to win various domestic cups in Short Mat Bowls. I manage the website for Kent and am involved in all sorts to do with the game.

`Well that is a very small slice of Tim Rycraft outside of work; I confess I was unsure as to whether I should publish this article or not as I was unsure if anyone would be interested? Comments are very welcome.

Back to my original prognosis that 'People buy from People' on this basis I therefore decided that it would not do my professional presence any harm and will hopefully allow my customers and potential customers the chance to engage with me in a different way.
