As most of you know, I hate how Australia goes to sleep from Melbourne Cup to February, so I did a house swap. Potts Point to Nice on the French Riviera. Which is where ill be until Feb.

Dont get jelly, I'm working twice as hard and doing twice as many hours to drive our growth.

We have new clients over here and in Holland, so its great to work with Patrick van de Werken from DevRev Europe and Amplitude who are literally top right hand

Ok, so 0n to something EVERY EXEC and leader should read.

Reports from Gartner are that 40% of executives are underperforming on meeting objectives during their transition into a new role, so this toolkit really hit home last week.

My thoughts on these toolkits are that if you get one piece of value from it, or your memory is jogged and it leads you to do a better job, you are winning!

22 Days after we had the "Safer Societies" launch in London, I went to prison!

I got in the proper way though.

We met with one of the UKs prisons to discuss a brand new way to connect business with future talent. Now you might be thinking, who is going to hire ex cons ?

well, you would be surprised.

Rolls Royce and a number of other prestigious brands and companies have recognised a massive talent shortage over the next five years.

As you know, I like tackling difficult things, so I pulled a partnership together and this week, we presented our solution to the Employment Advisory Board, including the regional employment directors for Wales, about how we might help fill the employment and skills gaps.

More on this soon. But we are all meeting again in London next week to progress the pilot.

Credits Display in our Admin Panel:?We are now displaying the remaining credits for each member account in our Admin panel. This makes it much easier for us to identify and reach out to our accounts with fewer than 5 credits remaining.?

Subscription Renewal Reminder:?We also added a reminder for members whose subscriptions are due for renewal in the next 7 days. They’ll get a reminder along with the subscription date. This has already been helpful with some clients who realised their membership was about to expire in just a few days.?
