Do this ONE Thing - Supercharging Sales Impact: Issue 4
Taking the velocity theme very literally at my most recent SKO in Las Vegas

Do this ONE Thing - Supercharging Sales Impact: Issue 4

Wow, how are we almost through April already??What a month it’s been!?

A few weeks back I returned (slightly bleary eyed) from a week long Sales Kick Off (SKO) in Las Vegas. I was working with a hugely innovative and brilliant cybersecurity tech and SaaS company. The SKO focused on driving Sales Velocity over 2023/4. It was a complete blast and the content targeted how to increase the number of opportunities, win rate, average order value, and reduce sales cycles. The unforgettable week was focused on setting the teams up for the rest of the year to smash their targets. As you can see from the selfie above the CRO took the Velocity theme quite literally.

Up for grabs

Free 30 minute, 1 to 1 strategic reviews

I want to share something with you that?will be super useful if you are the right person.

Over the past few months we have been building out a brand new framework designed to empower sales leaders to review and tweak their sales strategy. A strategic review process if you will.?

In a recent podcast, I?mentioned this live, offering listeners a free 30-minute review, and was overwhelmed by the interest. It was great to work with such different individuals,?exploring their specific?goals and challenges, looking at ways to bridge the gap between last year and this year. The feedback from everyone has been?tremendous:??

"30 minutes with Raoul was absolute gold dust. I would recommend?a session to any sales leader, particularly in the current climate."??Rachel M - VP of Strategy

This went down so well, so well in fact all my slots were booked. So I have put more days aside in May. These 30-minute sessions give dynamic, thought-provoking, actionable tools to help you and your teams ace those targets. I can only fit in 10, so it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

So, if you are a forward-thinking sales leader who wants an unfair competitive advantage then?drop me a?quick email?[email protected] to arrange your own personal strategic review.

There's no catch, it's just a chat - but one that may change your outlook forever.

Make sure you scroll down for a lot more hints tips and hacks?from Flume?to transform your sales approaches and meet the new financial year head on.

Here's to a productive and prosperous year. Let's work smarter, not harder!

All the best,
