"Do one thing that scares you every day."- Eleanor Roosevelt
If adrenalin?was a cocktail,
then sign me up. If, however, it involves jumping off a clifftop with a parachute or trying to breathe whilst submerged in?an ice bath - then I would need at least 3 glasses of said cocktail before even contemplating such moves.?
I am thoroughly entertained by those brave folk who regularly live on the edge, but equally, I am tormented that I don't have a go. According to Wim Hof (the captain of adrenalin), it makes us feel closer to nature, switching on our age-old survival mechanisms, which are no longer triggered, and we've lost touch with our inner power.?
Editing some of these images shared by our hotels and partners makes me tingle in the delicates, so I guess there is some magic in being a thrill-seeker, and perhaps I will end the torment and sign up - kicking off sitting in the snow after the sauna, as featured, to start my amygdala rush.?
Sensations guaranteed.?After?the thrill,?we have just the beds to practise those newly attained heart beating survival instincts. I feel the need for that cocktail but will settle for an Austrian Red Bull - here come the?wiiings.?
Live life to the max,?
