During my vacation spending a wonderful time at the beach in Greece with my family & friends, I took some time for the GALLUP StrengthsFinder. The CliftonStrengths 34 profile shows my individual talent DNA.
Out of the four themes, influencing is my leading one with 1) Maximizer as my key strength. Followed by 2) Achiever, 3) Learner, 4) Individualization and 5) Arranger.
The suggestion is: Do more of what you do best, and you’ll feel more engaged, empowered, and energized. The report also is listing some watch out for blind spots. Sometimes how you exhibit your strongest CliftonStrengths can cause unintended negative misperceptions. Read the “What Is a Weakness?” section to learn more about preventing your strongest CliftonStrengths from getting in your way.
I’m looking forward to a personal coaching session with Eva Sofia Hersberger . Thank you for recommending the GALLUP CliftonStrengths Assessment.
