Do me a favor and rate your sleep on a scale from 1-10.

- 1 being "I never sleep and am on the verge of a mental health crisis."
- 10 being "I'm not perfect, but damn, I'm good at sleeping and rarely end up under-rested.
OK, so 1s, 2s, and maybe 3s: please go see a health professional.
9s and 10s: you've got this, and this email isn't for you.
Today, I'm talking to the rest of you. The 4-8s.
I want you to think about what mediocre or even occasionally less-than-awesome sleep is costing you.
Really. Be honest.
I'll start.
A couple of weeks ago, I lost about an hour of sleep for each of 5 nights, which put my average at around 6 hours and 45 minutes. I'd probably rate that a 6 or maybe even a 7, in the grand scheme of things? It's less than I need, for sure, but isn't scary-low.
Probably not a huge deal, right? Unfortunately, even just meh sleep can be very expensive.

Here's what it cost me:
- I broke my streak of consistently working out.
- I didn't give myself any healthy, fulfilling meals, and just snacked instead.
- I failed to market Snooze School, which means there are many people who might be unaware of its life-changing magic.
- I missed an opportunity to go outside and hike with some awesome humans because my motivation was tanked.
So, what is less-than-awesome sleep costing you?
Money?
Fun?
Relationships?
Goals?
The investment in Snooze School (my six week sleep up-leveling course) is a drop in the bucket compared to everything that "middle of the road" or "just ok" sleep is costing you. If it's "not-so-great", the ROI is even higher.
Snooze School kicks off TOMORROW, folks, so do yourself a favor and sign up to pay yourself back in spades.
