DO LOOKS MATTER?

Do looks matter? I watched a show earlier that said looks matter the most in professions like real estate and was wondering how true that is. For example, how much of an advantage would a new agent who is attractive, well dressed, and drives a new Porsche have over someone who is less attractive, averagely dressed, and drives an old Kia?

That's a great question. For myself, being in business since 1982, I have always done business with a person I felt comfortable with and who is honest and keeps their word. Fancy cars have never impressed me. In fact, when I see someone drive up with a fancy car, for me, they are probably in debt up to their eye balls. I have met many multimillionaires; let me tell you, they don't drive fancy cars!! LOL I even asked one millionaire why he drove his older car instead of a newer one. He told me that he didn't want to make anyone jealous!! He then told me that he drives his fancy car when he goes to church. Great lesson learned!!
