It's the consistent theme of this little LinkedIn Newsletter (as you may recall).
And.
You may be thinking about the following problem....
The Problem:?I can't do less
This week, imagine you and I are at the gym, running (errr... ok... walking for me) on that piece of equipment that just keeps going around and around and around like a hamster wheel.
You pick where this is. Make it someplace nice please.
ME: "Hey, how are you?"
YOU: "I can't DO less Mike."
The Actionable Tip: Do Less
The actionable tip seems like a, "Captain Obvious" statement, huh?
Remember I am a consultant in real life (and there is that self-deprecating humor from me here regarding sometimes pointing out the obvious).
So.
There is a difference between SAYING it and DOING it.

2 年Don't pretend that you can handle everything and anything. Share it with the team to get other ideas and other hands to do it!

2 年My actionable tip is to do less by delegating more. Offload as much as you possibly can - If it's not your focus, find people who are great at the things you're not or that distract you and let them take it for you. You'll do yourself and the other individuals a favor.
