Hello there, my lovely introvert family!
Do you want to?delve deep into the mysteries of introverted happiness? Today, let's talk about a?subject near and dear to my heart: the peaceful hug of nature.
Every Sunday at my previous job was an occasion that I impatiently waited for. The office buzzed with activity at 9:00 a.m., but I'd sneak in early, arriving at my job before?everyone else.
Two serene havens within walking distance of my workplace?lured me in like a?magnetic pull - the South Park Street Cemetery and the Christian Burial Ground.
Picture this: flower-adorned tombstones, silent testaments to the enduring affection individuals had for their gone.
For at least an hour, I'd embark on a peaceful tour, devouring names and lifespans, each conveying a story of a distinct experience. The soft songs of the birds, the warmth of the sun winding through the branches, and an early-morning stillness gave me an overwhelming feeling of calmness and appreciation.
Have you ever considered why nature, with its serene surroundings, is a shelter for introverts?
Nature provides us with a respite from the rush and bustle, as well as the comfort of solitude, which restores our batteries. The rustling leaves, singing birds, and shifting patterns of sunlight overwhelm us with awe.
I'd love to hear where your favorite nature spot?is. How does the peaceful beauty of nature excite and rejuvenate you?
P.S. This is one of my favorite photos from my visit to the Christian Burial Ground in the wee hours of the morning. Can you sense the calmness?and peace?
