Be + Do = Have

The truth is, nearly everyone becomes trapped in the cycle of working hard to have more, then doing more to be more, without ever focusing on their way of being.

The problem with this cycle is that it never ends. You can always work harder, do more, and have more, but it's never enough. The more you focus on external factors, the more you neglect the internal factors that truly drive your success. That's where the concept of "being, doing, and having" comes in. By focusing on your way of being first, you lay a foundation for true success. Aligning your emotions/feelings, physiology, and language creates a powerful state that allows you to achieve anything you desire.

Today, we'll explore how language, emotions, and body are interconnected. Thoughts, words, and actions are influenced by emotions and the way our body feels. Negative thought patterns can lead to negative emotions and physical tension, creating a vicious cycle that's hard to break free from. However, by focusing on your language, emotions, and body, you can shift your way of being and break free.

The benefits of transforming your way of being include:

  1. Creating a positive and constructive reality for yourself.
  2. Having more energy, feeling more confident, and better handling stress and challenges.
  3. Being more effective in relationships, as you'll communicate and connect better with others.
  4. Ultimately, you'll achieve your goals more successfully, working from a place of alignment and authenticity.

Language shapes our perception of reality. We create our reality through the words we use and how we use them. The first step to changing your way of being is to be aware of the language you use. Notice the words you use when you talk to yourself and others. Are they empowering or disempowering? Once you're aware of your language, you can create a more constructive reality.

Emotions predispose us to act in different ways. Pay attention to your emotions and learn to manage them. The first step is to be aware of them. Notice how you feel in different situations. Once you're aware of your emotions, you can manage them by regulating your breathing, practising mindfulness, and engaging in activities that bring you joy and relaxation.

The body is crucial in perception, learning, and change. Our posture, movement, muscle tension, and breathing play a role in our way of being. Long-standing moods and unhelpful beliefs are stored and codified in the body. To change our way of being, we must start by changing our body.

The first step is to be aware of your body. Notice your posture, movement, muscular tensions, and breathing. Once you're aware of your body, you can change it by practising yoga, going for a walk, or doing some stretching exercises.

First, you must be, then you do, and then you have.

This means that you must first change your way of being, then take action, and then you will have the results you desire. If you want to become a successful entrepreneur, you must first become confident, determined, and hardworking. Once you've changed your way of being, you can take action by starting your own business and being consistent. And finally, you'll have the results you desire, which is a successful business.

In conclusion, your way of being is a dynamic interrelationship between language, emotions, and body. By aligning these three areas, you can generate profound learning and deep constructive change. The first step to changing your way of being is to become aware of your language, emotions, and body. Once you're aware of them, you can shift them by changing your language, managing your emotions, and changing your body.

Remember, "First you must be, then you do, and then you have." So, start by changing your way of being, and the rest will follow.
