Do good to others, it comes back some way

That’s the Law Of Karma ! Sow shall you reap. But, rather do good just for the sake of doing it. Don’t let expectations of receiving back any reward bind you. Do it because it gives pleasure to your soul. Of course one has to experience it. I don’t know doing good and receiving it back in surprising ways but I have noticed that bad things happened to me when I did wrong things. Bad things are not necessarily big. for example one day I have noticed an accident on the road, I didn’t care, overlooked and went away. unfortunately karma has shown instant justice to me, the same evening I met with an accident myself. That is really something eye opening for me.

Not in the sense that good guys often win and bad guys often lose. But I do think that people who are consistently dishonest, unwilling to take responsibility for their actions, or who play a victim in their head do suffer consequences--although sometimes invisible ones. These behaviors lead to an internal life full of insecurity and powerlessness. And people like this don't tend to adjust well to life's constant change and challenges. In my experience they cease to be active agents in their own lives and instead create drama which increases their stress levels which in turn exacerbates health problems. This can lead to a shorter life span.

So, even if a jerk's external life looks pretty good, I feel it is a fair bet they're internal life is pretty shitty. And that's satisfying enough for me. The moment when you do good for others, good things come back to you. Not later, not tomorrow, but today. If you think about ‘good things’ as some materialistic pleasures, it is not like that. Let's take an example. You see a baby who is crying in her mother's lap. You don't know the baby and his mother, but you near your footsteps to them. You make the baby smiling and his mother's anxiety fades away instantly. She gifts you a smile with a hearty thank you. That moment makes your heart happy and gives you the reward instantly as a simple ‘thank you'. Won't you feel happy on that moment?

Realize this moment and live the situation in your imagination. It's feeling good or not? Now, let's go ahead from this scene. The mother of the baby is happy now and his child is also smiling. She returns home and reacts very happily with her family members as a beautiful smile on her baby's face has given her the dopamine push! Now think that you have made her day. The lady today makes a delicious dish for her husband and when he comes back she offers her day to day love with refinements of joy and pleasure. The father sleeps pleasantly and wakes up on the next day. Then he hears about the roadside incident from her wife. He smiles to her lady.

So, your chain reaction is working even after the moment has passed on the previous day. Let's think further. The father of the baby reaches the bus stop for his office bus. Standing there, he sees a baby is crying. The baby's mother is fed up with the situation as in the morning the bus stop is crowded and she has some essential works to do. Then he plods near her and makes her baby smiling, like you have done before. Can you imagine, how your influence is working even after you are doing or not doing so. That is why we are all connected with each other. One's good work can do really do good for others in a simple way.

It is a chain reaction of life. Here the reactants are hidden in us and we have to dig it from our heart to give it to the nature for the sake of the beginning of the reaction. If you have done good for others, you will be rewarded at that moment. As you become happy when you do good for others, you feel worthy and the smile on other's face can make your whole day special! So, don't think for the future, do good now and live the moment happily. Open up your heart not only to them whom you love and care but also to the species called Genus Homo. Cheers!
