We’ve introduced The Wescombe Method to you over the last 10 posts.
Of course, there’s plenty more to go into. But by now, you should understand the basics of the DO, FEEL, THINK framework.
Hopefully you understand how the nine forces within those three categories affect your weight loss journey. You know that each force is powerful enough to affect the others.
Plus, you know that you must strive to manage these forces if you want to create a healthy body, mind, and spirit.
In the posts that follow, we’ll dig into a few more aspects of these forces so you can understand them even better.
But right now…it’s time to get down to business.
You have in your possession our three-week plan for helping you lose 3kg.
We absolutely believe that you’ve got this. We believe that if you follow the plan, you’ll drop the weight. Plus, you’ll understand The Wescombe Method a little better.
But it’s also important to note that there are a few rules of the game for you to follow. They’re in the plan, but we think it’s worth going into them a little more here.
Rule #1 – Complete the Worksheets
We’ve given you daily and weekly worksheets that will help you chart your progress.
These worksheets will help you manage what you DO, how you FEEL, and what you THINK.
Fill them in and use them as inspiration to keep pushing on this journey.
Rule #2 – No Alcohol or Sugary Drinks
We know this is going to be a tough one.
Those cravings might kick in while you’re on this journey.
Remember that you have a vision for what you want to achieve. Believe in that vision and in yourself and you’ll manage to stick to this rule.
Rule #3 – Have Fun Loving Yourself First
That’s what this is all about.
When you love yourself, nothing in the world can stop you.
And that’s what we want to help you achieve at Best Body.
