Emotionally intelligent are more flexible in their thinking. They don’t always have to have their way. If they find that someone else might have a better way of doing something, even if they are not on good terms with that person, they might acknowledge the idea and move forward with it. Emotionally intelligent people know that nothing ever stays t he same. We are constantly evolving.
Change affects our emotions. This can be very scary sometimes. Even though emotionally intelligent people handle change reasonably well, it does not mean they don’t have fear. Of course they too, feel very afraid sometimes. Yet, they approach change, despite fear.
