Do the Company like Hathway belong to this ERA of Customer Experience

(With due respect to hathway, after being harassed and tortured and never been heard I am publishing this mail of mine to others to help them avoid this kind of service by Hathway)

What this email of mine (which was never replied) to the CEO of Hathway infer?

Hi Mr. Jesudas

Greetings to you from a consumer

As the subject mentions well this mail is in regard to the refund because of the following reasons:

1.After applying for connection request Hathway took almost 40 days to get the wiring done on 4thMarch-15

2.Sales people are not aware whether cable has been put along with the modem or not.I believe it is an excuse for not showing up.

3.After several follow ups on 8thMarch-15 Sanjay came to fix the router and modem and left showing the connection works which stopped right after he left.

4.Engineer came on 10thMarch-15 morning to diagnose and tell me that, Modem is faulty.He left with a promise that he will replace the router by afternoon but did not show up.

5.I am calling every day twice or more and talk to your customer care people for 15 mins to get the engineer at my place and you don't have a toll free no.

6.Your customer care people can't handle my pain after listening to my frustration and complaint for sometime.I had to pacify them, eventually.You know how body language reflects on the phone

7.Sanjay never took responsibility and asked me to call Abhay Parekh

  1. Abhay Parekh call pickin' ratio is 100:1 and call return rate is Zero and now he has started avoiding the calls, we have to call him from different no. everytime.

9.System Thinking never took birth @ hathway

  1. Millions of complaints on web against Hathway and no resolutions(guess nobody cares about it)

With all these reasons that I have mentioned to you, I would like to request you to please please please please please refund my 100% money 3819/- and drop the cheque at my doorstep the way it was collected.(People have also complained on web that you don't refund the money or full money even with no service level)

I would also like to apologise to all the tech support team for repeatedly calling them to get the service for which i paid and let them know that it was nothing against them.

I am writing to you with lots of hope and hope can never be a strategy.

No matter what you do or wish to do to fix my concerns.I would not like to get associated with Hathway anyway.Please refund.Please refund.Please refund.Please refund.Please refund.Please refund.Please refund.Please refund.Please refund my hard earn money.

Dear Saurabh, You may like to write off your money and don't wait for a reply from Mr Samson Yesudas as it will never come. Hathway was never built to create customer experience, they don't understand 'customer care'.
