Do not allow fear to stop you from unleashing your God-given talents.
We should never refuse a task given to us because we think too little of ourselves. Instead, we should ask God to give us strategies and divine ideas to be able to resolve the issue. We should be solution providers in our workplaces; we should be the go-to person in the organization. Nehemiah was the go-to person because of his outstanding leadership skills, and he was able to build the wall in fifty-three days. We should besaving the company costs through our divine ideas. That way, when we are faithful in small things, God will bless us with bigger things. One example is going from being an emploee to becoming an employer. We can transfer those skills learned in the corporate world, specializing and adapting them to fit the creative ideas God gives us. In addition, as leaders, we should never take someone else's idea and make it look like it is ours, nor should we try to put down the ideas of those who report to us as a way to kill competition, because everyone has something to bring to the table. Anytime your organization needs a solution and you know that you can processed one, please share it and work towards resolving the problem. Do not allow fear to stop you from unleashing your God-given talents.
When God has hand picked you, the people who truly matter will bless you, too. He is, for sure a good God. This is a smooth crossover.
