Do This 1 Thing - Once a Day on an Empty Stomach

As the title says, yes, empty stomach is the key. Not kidding.
The 1 thing is a 8-step process.
1. Block 1 hour, but a fixed 1 hour every day.
2. That 1 hour can be morning, or before lunch, or 4-5 hours after lunch - basically an empty stomach.
3. Drink water before you start
4. Decided a task you want to complete
5. Remove all other things: phone on silent, no WhatsApp.
6. Now sit, close your eyes, take 5 deep breaths and repeat to yourself: For the next 1 hour, I will just focus on my task and nothing else. No phone calls, no WhatsApp, no social media.
7. Now just focus on your task, for next 1 hour.
8. Repeat for 1 month, and you will be cured of your procrastination
For people who are wondering: Why an empty stomach?
Well, an empty stomach enhances the focus as we don't feel lethargic. And the body is not working on digestion, but rather helping us in concentration.
Just empty, not hungry.
