Since 2018, DMP has been empowering small music publishers, giving them a free opportunity to manage music metadata, register musical works using Common Works Registration protocol, and process royalties.

Every 6 months, in January and July, a new major version is released, and this January is no different. DMP 21.1 Victor is out!

What is new?

This version is focused on improving and extending existing features.

Support for CWR was extended to include latest revisions:

  • CWR 2.1 Revision 8
  • CWR 2.2 Revision 2 NEW!
  • CWR 3.0 Revision 0
  • CWR 3.1 DRAFT NEW!

CWR Syntax highlighting was improved and now includes all fields DMP generates from data, with more detailed descriptions on mouse-over.

A side menu was added to all add/change/view pages, making navigation faster.

Updating existing installations

Documentation now includes instructions for updating. Also, a new video with the same instructions is available. Updating is recommended for all existing installations.
