The DM ‘booster’ for 2022

Happy New Year! I am feeling really positive. I have filled my glass to the brim and I think the future for UK PLC and DM is looking great! We are really busy at DM and I am delighted to announce that we have some exciting new faces and promotions that will help us with our progressive ambitions.

We have continued our focus on our people trajectory and Steve Barry has joined as our People Director. Steve won’t mind me saying this, but he is not your average People Director - and that is exactly what we want! He is already firing on all cylinders, pushing ahead with our progressive people agenda making sure that DM fulfils its ambitions of offering a totally different model to the great people that join our #OneTeam.

I am also really excited that we have made three significant promotions within DM.

Lucy Tolley – Director

Lucy is a ball of energy and positivity in our Water sector and has had a major impact on making sure the #OneTeam ethos is at the top of the DM agenda. Her can-do attitude and drive are infectious throughout her team and across DM. Lucy is not afraid to get her hands dirty and is always at the forefront of our competitions… as long as she is winning!

Jimmy Futter – Director

Jimmy heads up our Finance team and over the last five years has developed and grown his position, as well as the team. He operates a first-class Finance team for DM and has really focussed on our future plans and growth. Not only that, but he is definitely not a boring accountant – he always grabs any opportunity to wear fancy dress!

Jonathan Speers – Director

Jonny has spread his expertise across both our Transport and Telecoms sectors and is a fantastic team player who manages to galvanise and enhance our #OneTeam philosophy. He is never afraid to go the extra mile and is still, in fact, wearing DM on his chest since waxing it in the shape of our logo for charity last year.

What I am even more excited about is that there are plenty more of these opportunities to come this year with our proposed growth.
