The newly constructed DL Invest Park D?bica III warehouse, located within the specialized production center of DL Invest Park D?bica, has obtained a quality accreditation.
DL Invest Park D?bica III is another production and warehouse investment in DL Invest Group's portfolio, and its class has been officially confirmed with a BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certification. "The facility has achieved a Very Good certification level, and its spaces have been leased by market leaders, MEDiVET S.A a leading provider of veterinary services and products on the Polish market, and Polsaros Sp. z o.o., who recently joined the roster of DL Invest Group tenants. The certification of DL Invest Park D?bica III is another stage within the adopted DL Green policy by the group. Previously, logistic parks in Teresin and Psary, as well as office buildings in Katowice, namely DL Piano and DL Tower, have been certified. In accordance with the group's standards, all newly developed investments undergo evaluation. BREEAM is one of the leading global sustainable building assessment systems, distinguishes buildings that are environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and create a healthy and pleasant working environment.

The BREEAM certification is the result of diligence, commitment, and the implementation of best practices in sustainable construction. DL Invest Park D?bica III warehouse has met the defined criteria, including management, health and well-being, energy, transport, water, materials, waste, land and ecosystems, pollution, and innovation.
