The following is the equipment information of the?20L paint bucket production line:20L paint bucket mould:?mould size is 700*700*902mm, mould steel is DIN1.2738 +Becu, we used Becu on the edge and bottom of the mold,?greatly shortening the cooling time.

Injection molding machine:?The machine is special for paint bucket mould,??650T clamping system + 550T injection system, and barrel used infrared heating, which maximizes the cost of the machine and helps customers save costs.

Auxiliary machine:?Autoloader, chiller, air compressor, IML top entry robot.

This whole set of equipment is manufactured by our company, our mission is make molding more valuable.

In addition to some basic requirements such as product size, weight, and wall thickness, the paint bucket also has some special test requirements, such as: superimposition test, drop test, sealing water test, and air sealing test.
