DIY or NJITSTS

Some questions. Are you self employed? Do you provide professional services? 

You're now an accomplished self employed professional. You specialize in your field, you know that if your prospective client hired you, you would not only do a better job, but for the same amount of cost. As service providers, we all know that we can actually save our clients money if they simply hired us, it may be saved over a short period of time or immediately. 

So now I have to ask Are you a DIY a do it yourself person? Some things I like to do myself, mostly tech stuff, lead generation, coaching my agents... But outside of that, I am totally a NJITSTS which stands for No Job Is Too Small To Subcontract.

If you're a real estate agent that believes a seller would do better to hire a professional rather than sell their house as a FSBO For Sale By Owner, BUT you do your own taxes, you lack congruency, in telling others to hire a professional.

As for me sub contracting, I have a book keeper, a tax consultant, a lawn service, a cleaning service, I'm working on grocery service next. The point is, I only focus on things that I am really good at and I like doing, and more importantly can generate income. Yeah I know some of the tech stuff can be farmed out, but I enjoy it.
