We are going to run an 8-part series on how you can spend approximately 17 minutes a week developing a skeletal plan on how to double the multiple that your business could eventually sell for. It is a simple DIY program that helps you sharpen your focus on what will drive the most value in your business.

The recommended approach to implementing this program is as follows:

  1. Read the post each day and watch the two-minute video on each factor over the next eight days and take no action on it.
  2. After you have read the eight days of posts and reviewed the short videos, schedule 15-minute time blocks in each of the next 8 weeks to re-read one post and re-watch the accompanying video and brainstorm three ideas on how to improve your capability on the factor discussed in the post and video. If you spend more than 15-minutes, you are probably over thinking it. This is about intuition and gut reaction.
