Dix & Eaton and Standing Partnership: Doing more together

We’re excited to announce the launch of our?2024 Social Impact Report! This is Dix & Eaton’s second Social Impact Report, and the first that represents our combined organization since acquiring?Standing Partnership?last year. Created under the theme of?Doing More Together, the report illustrates and brings to life the importance we place on making a positive impact on our clients,?colleagues and communities – a value embedded as lifeblood historically for both operating groups.

Our D&E DNA is defined by our work as storytellers. This Social Impact Report represents our opportunity to tell the story of D&E, just?as we help many of our clients tell their stories through written and visual content throughout the year. We?added an important new chapter to the Dix & Eaton story in November 2023, and we invite you to read our report to see how that story is encapsulated?in its pages. We are proud to share this with current and potential clients, prospective employees and anyone who wants?to find out more about our organization. Our team thrives on driving results and every day we’re focused on?Doing More Together. Please click here to?read this year’s report.?

Owners of the year

We’re proud to be a 100% employee-owned firm every day, but each October we really get to celebrate when we observe ESOP (Employee Stock?Ownership Plan) Month. At the end of every ESOP Month, colleagues from across the organization vote to select our Owner of the Year, chosen for their commitment to colleagues, clients and the values that guide us every day. This year, we’re pleased to announce?Maggie Donnelly from our Standing Partnership Operating Group and Kris Dorsey from our D&E Operating Group as our Owners of the Year. Congrats, Maggie and Kris!

Kris Dorsey retires!

This year, we get to celebrate Kris twice! At the end of this month, Kris will retire from Dix & Eaton after more than four decades of?bringing beautiful and engaging designs to projects. She has been an integral member of our Creative department for 43 years, and we can’t wait to celebrate her incredible passion, dedication and contributions over that time. Congratulations on your well-earned?retirement, Kris!
