India is a land of festivals and we believe in celebrating even the slightest of things. And that’s what makes us different. And when it comes to Diwali celebrations-it has to be grand.

Workplace celebrations are a huge part of Diwali. Offices are decorated and sweets are shared. Events are organized and themed on Diwali. Celebrations are bound to increase multifold this year.

For the last two years, the charm of this festival took a back seat because of the pandemic. Virtual celebrations became a norm. But this year light has taken over the darkness and we are back in our offices. The space is lively again and is full of charm.

The Creative Diwali Aura

FidyPay actively celebrated Diwali virtually with its employees during the pandemic too. The reason was to not let our employees suffer in darkness. The aim was to bring as much light to their lives as we can.

This year, it's even more grand. Decorations and lighting are obvious things. But cultural events and games are something that excites each one of us.

In this pursuit, a Home Decor activity is planned where-in each employee is required to share hands in decorating their home. Further, they are required to share a video tour for others to see and evaluate.

The idea is to keep it constructive as well as competitive at the same time but with a feeling of camaraderie. These kinds of events inspire us to unleash our creativity.

Transmission From Digital To Physical Gifts

Gifts are a special part of Diwali celebrations. During the pandemic, physical gifts got replaced by digital gifts. But not this time. Gifts are back to the way they were.

At FidyPay, mental and emotional well-being are always the topmost priority when it comes to the work environment. Thus, we've added portable music players as an extra gift since we think they'll help our staff unwind in these post-pandemic days.

The most important gift that we have planned for our employees this year is the-Term Insurance. This is a step away from what we traditionally consider gifts as. Gifts are a way of showing the love and affection that one feels for his/her close ones.

Udaipur, fondly called as the ‘City Of Lakes’, is something we all would love to go to. To let our colleagues revitalize, a trip to Udaipur has been planned. This is believed to eliminate the monotonous loneliness that one feels after a long holiday with friends & family.
