2. Quality Control Chronicles: Ensuring Safety, One Pull Cord at a Time!

As part of our Installation Quality Control (IQC) team, we're all about those meticulous checks that make a world of difference.

First up, the Pull Force Check! Ensuring that all pull cords match the proper pull force of 45lbs or less is crucial. It's like the heartbeat of safety in our installations.

Then, the Tension Check! We take this seriously because a well-tensioned Emergency Pull Cord (EPC) can be a lifeline.

For Daifuku Wynright, it's 0-45 lbs, and for Amazon, 10-28 lbs. It's like finding that perfect balance in life. Adjustment Range is a game-changer.

Having at least 1 inch of adjustment left in the turnbuckle with that trusty locking nut is like having a spare key when you need it most.

Routing - it's all about the flow! Making sure the EPC pull cord isn't blocking push buttons or doors that swing open ensures smooth sailing in case of an emergency.

Last but not least, Terminal End Alignment.

Ensuring that the eyebolt lines up with the pull cord is like connecting the dots for safety - precision matters!

This isn't just a checklist; it's a commitment to safety and quality.
