The Divine Dance of Problem-Solving

The Divine Dance of Problem-Solving

When a problem arises in my life, the very next decision I make isn’t just the action that comes next. It’s a choice that paints the picture of my very essence, a colorful blend of spirituality, psychology and personal philosophy – my Unique Perspectives – I’ve developed over years of study and practice. How I react is a reflection of my devotion to living an authentic life, and that devotion can only exist when it’s in seamless harmony with my particular truth.

There’s one question I always ask myself whenever a problem occurs: How will I feel about myself afterwards?

When I make a decision that I know will feel good, evoke pride within me, I’m not only honoring my spiritual essence and personal philosophy but also nurturing my psychological well-being.

Because when I act in alignment with my deepest values, I model integrity and authenticity to the world around me. The hope is that in doing so, those in my circle are inspired to model THEIR own version of integrity and authenticity. This is very important to me: to model the behavior I espouse to believe in.?

There is no standard answer for anything. Maybe I have to let things go, or maybe I’ve let things go for too long and I have to set a new boundary. Either way, what helps me decide what’s best is when I ask myself: What actions will leave me feeling most proud afterward?

Sometimes doing something I don’t want to do is the exact thing I need to do, and sometimes it isn’t. It’s all about really knowing who I am. Once I know “my stuff,” I’m more equipped to make decisions that will create further awakening and growth. I’ll also know what kind of decisions will leave me stuck and repeating the same patterns over and over.?

Choosing actions that resonate with my soulful integrity and personal philosophy is a game-changer for me. It’s not always easy and I certainly don’t do it perfectly but with each decision I make in this way, the connection to my truth is strengthened and I’m even more empowered to navigate life’s journey with grace, resilience and sincerity.
