"Diversity is Strength!"
AE Partner
AE Partner specializes in the production of electrical panels, and production of metal cabinets, containers, e-houses.
Although AE Partner is not a film festival participant, we seem to have received awards in "flows" at the end of last year. One of the most important for us was the bronze statue in the "Diversity is Strength" movement of the Society Integration Foundation. This recognizes the company's positive performance in embracing diversity and its commitment to excellence in creating an inclusive work environment. The award is a very important recognition for us and is also a great tool to be even more aware of possible improvements.
"Diversity and inclusion have never been a highlighted goal in our company - they have organically lived and developed as an integral part of the AE Partner culture and team," says Jolanta Pavītola, CHRO.
Jolanta says: "The award encourages us to be more conscious and thoughtful about diversity issues, helping us to identify areas where we can be even better. Although we have been working hard to create an environment that we find pleasant, comfortable, and easy to live, work, and live in, the bronze shows that we can still do better. Our team is large and "diverse" in every way - we come from different cultures, generations, and backgrounds. With different upbringings, education, perceptions of self and the world - this diversity is our strength and added value."
