Diversity and Inclusion Survey for Multifamily

Many companies are becoming more cognizant than ever before that they need to have candid conversations about diversity and inclusion in their workplace. The challenge is that they often don't know where to begin. In addition, there is currently no multifamily industry-specific data on employees' perceptions surrounding these issues.

To address this need, Swift Bunny is providing a FREE Diversity and Inclusion Employee Survey to any multifamily housing provider who would like to provide it to their employees. Click here to register your company and receive survey instructions.

The goal is to help property management companies obtain relevant and candid feedback on team members’ perceptions. What topics are most important to them? What is working and not working? How can your leadership support them going forward? Multifamily leaders are eager to improve understanding in their organizations and open the lines of communication among their team members surrounding these very important issues. Asking employees to participate in this survey can help begin the conversation in a constructive way.

The Diversity and Inclusion Employee Survey is only 12 questions and is an easy, efficient, and no-cost way to uncover your workforce’s perception of diversity and inclusion within your organization. You will receive a thorough and confidential Executive Summary of your employee’s results. In addition, Swift Bunny will be publishing a study of all of the industry results in November, which will be unveiled during NMHC OPTECH.
