With a world of over 8 billions people spread over 7 continents and around 193+ countries in the world the working environment has become global. Covid-19 with its nightmare and horrific experience has impacted not just the working culture but also the living culture around the world.
Team members working on same projects ,especially remotely, has opened a new insight window to diversity. Managers and team leads have become more resilient to cultural, religious and geographical differences allowing work culture to be more progressive. The productivity level even with remote managerial control has sustained in difficult times.
Inclusion on the other hands, is making ways for every team members from diverse background to be included in not just decision making but at all possible levels in an organization.
Organizations with inclusive culture are 33% more progressive than other organizations. 67% employees prefer inclusive culture because of better chance of recognition and growth. As inclusion reduces biasness towards race, religion, color and other diversity features the productivity, brainstorming and team culture sets foundation of a better future.
Most organizations are Diverse due to workforce availability but not inclusive. As we reach a more sustainable future we can say
"Diversity is Natural but Inclusion is a choice!"
