Diversity At All Times
We are living through a tumultuous moment in history, stemming from all the traumatic events in the world we live in today. Taken together, they can be overwhelming and create a sense of despair about the present and our future.
There are no words that feel “right” in these times, but silence is certainly not the answer. While there are many layers and complexities to the ongoing crises we face, for MSCI one thing is paramount and clear: DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION defines our culture, who we are and what we stand for, how we live our lives, and is our greatest strength. It is how the human race was created and how we have achieved our humanity. It is central to our core values and principles as individuals and as a company. It embodies our vision of working as ONE team in ONE world. It is why we believe all individuals are to be respected and encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work. A diverse and inclusive culture makes us more adaptable, more flexible, and more capable of greater innovation and creativity. It makes our company stronger and more resilient. It is the ONLY WAY we see ourselves!
