A diverse and inclusive workplace is not just beneficial - it's essential.??
This week, our Head of Marketing & Communications Guillaume Papillon DipWSET , joined EssentialMediacom in Australia’s Gordon Geraghty , and ANZ CEO Pippa Berlocher for a meaningful discussion on mental wellbeing and neurodiversity in the workplace. Shawn Lim ????? (Editor, Campaign Asia-Pacific ) moderated the discussion.
Guillaume highlighted how inclusivity is deeply embedded in Mable’s workplace culture. Through our employee-led DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) group, we celebrate key cultural milestones and drive initiatives to keep equity and equality at the forefront for all staff.
“Its wonderful working at such diverse organisation that supports people from a wide range of demographics or who have diverse needs and abilities. Our flexible working arrangements allow people to manage their personal commitments while still doing their jobs effectively. This flexibility and understanding are greatly appreciated, with feedback from our recent engagement survey showing 93% of Mablers feel their manager genuinely cares about their wellbeing.
“We’ve also recently updated our organisational values to: We’re switched on, We’re bold, We’re impactful, and We’re one. This last value aims to foster a positive team culture where everyone is united towards a shared goal.
“At Mable, our commitment to being an inclusive and supportive workplace begins with our recruitment process. We actively seek out candidates who not only have the technical skills but, more importantly, resonate with our values and who will be a good cultural fit.
“We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace is not just beneficial but essential for innovation and success. We are proud to champion a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered,” Guillaume shared.
