4 个月I suppose diversity at the table helps with divergence of the viewpoints, which adds breadth and depth to discussions and work, and it’s magic when we are able to bring it all together. Diversity is not just a tick. It comes with a joint responsibility for the whole group to dig deeper especially at a Board level, for big-picture and strategic thinking.
