Summer is in full swing, and everything is heating up - the days are getting longer, the sun brighter, and many of us are dying for a vacation to mountains (in my case, it’s a trip back home).?

To begin with, our leadership team has been on a mission to level up their game across countries! They've been jetting off to some of the coolest conferences like POI Chicago , POI Madrid and Analytics Unite , soaking up the latest industry trends and insights. Between team dinners, they dove into workshops, refining data analysis and business growth strategies. Their discussions were deep, and they generously shared their expertise to elevate everyone's skills in RGM, retail, and data.?

Additionally, we competed in some incredibly crazy categories for our Quarter 1 awards, the Champions of DP Awards . Celebrating our rock stars, who excelled in all areas from teamwork to innovation and raised the energy levels in the office, it was a blast indeed!??

Also, we celebrated Mother's Day with heartfelt gestures, inviting our employees to share their love through music and memories . In two touching posts, we asked them to dedicate a song that resonated with their bond with their mothers and share a childhood picture and describe favourite memory with their mom . It was a touching tribute that captured the essence of Mother's Day.?

Finally, this month, we called out on our DP Values and Behavior Challenge but guess what?? We've launched something even cooler - the Monthly Value Champ Awards! Now we get to shout out and appreciate those awesome employees who live and breathe our core values every month. It's all about keeping the core strong and showing appreciation for what really matters around here.?

Lastly, a special thanks to YourDost who organized the 'Wheel of Happiness' activity at our Gurgaon office. This fun-filled event had us spinning a wheel to land on various engaging challenges. We tackled tongue twisters, answered funny yet educational questions about happy hormones, and enjoyed plenty of laughter and learning. The activity brought joy, making delightful and memorable day for everyone involved.?
