Dive in, paddle ahead!

I started swimming again a few days back
Though I am not a great swimmer now, or nor was I ever. But comparatively, I get tired a little bit early now. And maybe it was just the right time I start rebuilding my core... There are a few things that I learned from this experience that I would like to share:
1. Discipline is very important. A lazy wrong stroke can cause you more harm than what a right one would.
2. The lesser you breathe the further you go. An all new respect for the hustle of life was created here.
3. Sometimes the journey will be hard and the destination blissful so do not over dwell in the journey or you will drown.
4. When you are underwater you know that there is only one important thing & that is to breathe. find what's that most important thing in your life out of the pool and you will be pretty much sorted.
5. Planning future is important but that's before you dive. once in water just peddle your way ahead. Over thinking at such point kills.
6. Keep it fun. Keep changing your styles. though I said that lesser you breathe the further you go. Catching a breath and a proud smile between the laps is equally important!
P. S: Swimming makes you hungry and hunger is just what you always need. So dive in, paddle ahead!
