Ditton Manor is a stunning period property, situated close to the M25 and a stone’s throw away from Pinewood Studios.

Built in early Gothic Revival style, the property sits within 200 acres of beautiful parkland, a walled garden and an impressive driveway, allowing significant space for techs, unit base and crew parking. ?The gatehouses and folly's are also a huge draw for period productions.

The interiors offer spacious rooms that allow for redecoration and set dressing. ?A contemporary atrium, magnificent library and a grand staircase, can all be found on the ground floor of the property.

There are newly refurbished, production friendly offices, available onsite providing workspace for those who are utilising the mansion house for longer term hires or as a key location.

With full availability from January to September 2023, Ditton Manor can also accommodate small- medium projects (stills photography, low-impact filming).
