Why does collaboration Matter?

One successful approach I've seen is with Leadership Think Tanks. By bringing together leaders from various departments, organizations can foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving. These think tanks provide a platform for cross-functional collaboration, enabling teams to share ideas, challenge assumptions, and develop creative solutions.
