Disturbed mind just needs some solace through meditation

Our thought is a dust in the mind field. Mind field is controlled by the prana. In Kriya Yoga, Prana is regulated by the breath. The ancient mystics and masters never cared about thought and Mind, as it all exists at the material level. They directly learnt the mastery of life force control. You see there are three things - Concentration, Mind, And Thought. Concentration is controlled by intent. As long as your intent is only letting you to focus on the mind field, you will always face thoughts and they will never end. You have to come out of the mind field and focus on consciousness, then there is no thought at all because thought cannot exist in the space of consciousness. It exists only in the mind field.

It feels good after meditation if done properly even for 20–30 minutes. The objective of the whole exercise is to be silent witness observing the thoughts as they come and go like the passing clouds without mental comments or judgement.Incessant or sporadic thoughts have no existence at all if we remain detached.Neither attachment nor aversion toward the thoughts should be inculcated through regular practice of meditation. The wonderful discovery is that you don’t have to control thoughts at all.

Just sit or lie down, remain absolutely still for even 20–30 minutes, and let everything happen as it wants to. Over time you will hopefully discover that there is a kind of “cleansing” process that takes care of all of the experiences which are arising. It is natural and you can’t do it; you can only let it do its work - by doing nothing yourself except keeping your body still and allowing the healing to do its job. It knows how to do it, including dealing with thoughts, and needs no help from you. When I discovered this I felt I had won the mental jackpot!

It is understanding that nothing in on your control is the peaceful moment. Divine is best designer on given things. Many things can be shifted even after divines will. It’s hard not impossible. But meditation to me is to be aware & slow down thoughts & move to other dimensions without any drugs or substances. If you are having an ego of not surrendering to something hire wait for your turn , it shall surely show you its power soon. There were developed many techniques to achieve it. One simple way is just to meditate and observe or dissolve all thoughts that are coming.

It cannot be done by the force: it is impossible to stop thought process by a thought! Just meditate and dissolve. Observe all incoming thoughts and do not attach to them. Let them go all. Suddenly, at one moment, you will start to be immersed in the pure consciousness. The whole thought process ceases to exist completely. You cannot just miss this moment of sheer joy. It is exactly the same feeling as when during a cloudy day the Sun starts to shine down through clouds. I will become easier and easier with number and length of meditations. Every day meditations are the best. The only thing is not to give up. It is always a good idea to find a Master who knows how to guide you towards this state.

Trying to control thought is like trying to control clouds passing in the sky. It is impossible. Our task in meditation is not to control but to become aware of thought and not be identified with them. See them as they come, as if they are a movie appearing on a screen, and allow them to pass without becoming these thoughts. As our practice continues we can sometimes reach states where we are centered in that no-thingness, going beyond where thought can take us into the deep quiet wild yonder of our consciousness.

And sometimes there in that space we can reach states where thoughts temporarily come to an end or maybe it’s that we aren’t identified and are experiencing a tiny fraction of who we really are. Instead of trying to control thought just try and notice when we are caught in thought and come back to your breath. Remember yourself. And remember to remember…We are the sky and thoughts are the dust clouds passing through. Let them settle down and the sky of the mind will be crystal clear. Cheers!
