DisTrustpilot the CEO and Post Office Corruption

We all know the Review platform is a racket. After all, anyone can register and post a review without any proof of experience of the company being reviewed. Furthermore, bosses must be aware of it. Currently, the culture of the CEO is under critical spotlight after the Post Office/Horizon/Fujitsu corruption scandal revolving around CEO come ‘Vicar’ (all bow) Paula Vennells.
In my first-hand experience, CEOs in their ivory towers are far removed from their customers.? I have contacted scores of them over the years and never once, has a CEO responded personally.? Instead, they act with impunity and delegate lackeys (CEOs are very important and busy people you know) to spin an appropriate mitigation in response to the issues raised.
Out of the blue, the review platform Trustpilot suspended my account for criticising a company (and the CEO).? However, when I mitigated that my reviews are accurate and my real name and details are always posted alongside my reviews, I was told to send proof of purchase from one particular store I had reviewed – in other words they did not believe I had visited that store.
When I sent the receipt as proof I had visited the store, a Vanessa, of Content and Integrity, responded (speaking for CEO Peter?Mühlmann even though I wrote to a CEO called Mr A Blair) ?In her mitigation, Vanessa Unknown (she refused to declare her surname) stated clearly that she relied on software, (just like the post office) for suspending my account. She stated in austere, dictatorial and almost bullying tones that:?
"Yes, your account is still suspended, and we will not be reinstating it.?This case has been carefully assessed."
“On top of Trustpilot’s fully automated software, our specially trained?Content Integrity Agents and Investigators ?also have access to powerful tools that help them manually examine review patterns for anomalies. These systems highlight any unusual and persisting patterns using a range of data. Your Trustpilot account has been blocked because we detected suspicious patterns. We hope you understand that in order to protect our platform, we can't go into specific detail. We use use both?fraud detection software ?and our international team of dedicated analysts, investigators and agents who work with reviews every day to protect our platform.”?
"As advised. we can’t reveal exactly how our software works because that would defeat its purpose. What we can tell you is that it runs independently, 24/7 across our platform, examining a large range of different behavioral parameters - such as, for example, IP addresses. The system then uses an algorithm to calculate the likelihood that reviews are fake. This is represented by a ‘fake score’.
Sounds very post office-esque doesn’t it??Remember the software excuse the Post Office (Paual Vennells) repeatedly used to intimidate those with legitimate grievances?
What’s more, Vanessa Unknown also relays misleading and inaccurate information when casting aspersions on the personal integrity of customers.
She stated in writing that: ?

“I can see that you have reached out to Peter?Mühlmann ”.
I did not (as declared earlier).
According to the financial website ‘This is Money’, Peter Holten Mühlmann is transitioning from CEO to non-executive director of Trustpilot, where he will be 'an Evangelist' and brand ambassador. Apparently, this is because of substantial losses by the group.
Hmm, Evangelists... Vicars… it seems that in their lofty and cocooned towers (whose spires touch the heavens) the holier than thou CEOs of this world are in touching distance of God Almighty, which can not be said of their lowly customers who, according to Vanessa Unknown, lie on review.
Notwithstanding, this commoner (yours truly) will keep with the holy than thou theme and swear on the bible that it is believed the real reason for suspension from Trustpilot was for daring to criticise the CEOs of this world.
