What Makes AWIF Special?

Consistency...

Of management experience and investor returns due to our bias towards secured, liquid income generating instruments.

Non-correlation...

We are non-correlated to the standard market exposures so whilst some finds may be the Hare in positive markets (and the bear in poor conditions) , we are positioned to the the reliable tortoise throughout

Experience...

We ceded to an experienced management team and Investment committee to ensure our aims were met through proven management.

Compound...

Consistent growth reinvested generates compounded gains for the investor and for the fund managers. The 5 year effect of an 8% annual return is in excess of 46% growth

Track Record...

Recognising that AWIF is a new issue, we opted to select only assets to hold within the fund with reputation and track record.

Liquidity...

AWIF provides why 30 day liquidity in line with Standard Asset guidelines

Flexibility...

Due to the existing relationships with some of the leading platforms in the market, AWIF anticipates a broad market acceptance.

Client returns will be paid annually at the discretion of the fund managers or compounded into the following year

To advance the Platforms matter we have been in communication with FMG and agreed the following with them:

  • FMG have provided a list of Platforms with which they have existing dealings and open relationships and with whom an AIF with 30 day liquidity and managed by them will be acceptable.
  • IFA's to make the requests on those platforms and send us the case details – names, amounts and platform.
  • FMG will chase and push through the on boarding process for each platform.
  • FMG have also pinpointed 2 on the list of current "no-go" providers (due mostly to lack of track and seeding status) - this will obviously change in our favour as the fund gains traction.
