As part of the Exceptional Growth Award recognition, OMRON presented Avent with a $5,000 check to be donated to the recipient charity of choice.? Avnet's donation was made to ICAN, a free afterschool program in Chandler and Mesa that serves 700 at-risk youth each year, with academic support, STEAM programs, positive youth development and sports/recreation.

As part of Avnet winning OMRON’s 2022 Exceptional Growth, the OMRON team presented Avnet’s Leo Castellon and members of his team with a check for charity.
