The process of having a job does not only depend on what you studied, certain job positions require practice, others look for applicants with a certain set of skills.

If you only focus on theory and what schools taught you, you will find yourself lacking in the practical part. What you have to do is go out there and actually experience things to acquire different sets of skills, this could be helpful even (sometimes especially) when it is out of your field of study.?

Learning languages is a soft skill anyone should have, especially when living in a country like Algeria where language diversity is a thing. Being able to communicate, write and understand languages like Arabic, French and English is a great plus for you, whether you want to work in a national or international company, as these three languages are considered global languages. Besides, when it comes to languages the more you master the better it is, so? take up other global languages like Spanish, Chinese…etc?

Being innovative means a lot of things depending on your domain, the thing is to dig deeper into whatever your job is and not just work on what is already present, or what the company is used to doing, think and dare to go outside the box.?
