Distinctive features of this method.

This method of irrigation is very different from previous irrigation methods. Its main point is to regulate/create a comfortable microclimate for crop development and to distribute the moisture contained in the fertile soil layer.

When using micronized sprinkling as an independent method of irrigation of main crops the irrigation rate is about 0.225 - 0.4 m3/ha, the irrigation rate for root crops - 120 - 180 m3/ha. per season, grain - 50 - 90 m3/ha. per season, grain legumes - 60 -120 m3/ha. per season. At that, the irrigation norm is reduced by 5 - 16 times in comparison with irrigation sprinkling.

These modes of irrigation and cultivation technology for micronized sprinkling, as an independent method of irrigation of main crops, have proved to form stable harvests, providing a yield of sugar beet - up to 40 t/ha, fodder - more than 100 t/ha, green mass of leguminous plants - more than 30 t/ha, grain - 6 t/ha, hay - more than 5 t/ha, barley grain - up to 4.1 t/ha, oats grain - more than 4.3 t/ha.

The effectiveness of micronized sprinkling has been scientifically substantiated. With the method of irrigation by micronized sprinkling, it is possible to regulate the process of evapotranspiration and completely exclude the depression of photosynthesis. Utilization of solar energy with micronized sprinkling reaches up to 2.7 - 4.1 % FAP, without micronized sprinkling -1.2 -1.5 % FAP.

With micronized sprinkling proved the possibility of sugar beet cultivation, providing a root crop of more than 400 cwt/ha.
