Disruptive Industries using Python for BIG DATA by Yolande Hart

Introduction:

Many renowned companies use Python BD that is a very flexible language and used by various disciplines for various tasks, such as Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Vehicle, Fintech DNA Sequencing, Robotics, and 3d Printing.

In this article, we will show you some famous companies which are using Python BD.

TECHNOLOGIES OF PYTHON

1. Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence is the branch of computer science which deals with creating smart machines capable of replicating human-like behavior. These machines are trained as a baby but in a faster way. The machines are not programmed to act a specific way except they learn by themselves. These are the two companies that are using Big data and AI.

·      Facebook

Today, Facebook is considerably more robust and continually unfolds new features because they are heavily using python BD in their system. So we know that Facebook is building a business with long-term prospects where the role of Facebook Artificial Intelligence is unfathomable. Facebook Using Artificial Intelligence in many ways like Textual analysis, Mapping Population Density, Facial recognition, Targeted advertising, etc.

·      Instagram

Nowadays, many social networking sites are using AI and big data to derive numerous actionable insights into consumer behavior and their buying habits.  Instagram mainly used AI-based algorithms and python BD in their system. This AI-based algorithm made marketers happy because it helps them strategize their social media campaigns to increase likes or comments. Moreover, they use artificial intelligence to fight spam. The primary purpose of these spam filters is to remove fake messages from accounts. It contains various languages such as English, Chinese, Russian, Arabic and more. These messages automatically remove once they are detected.

2. Autonomous Vehicles

Autonomous vehicle is driverless car that is controlled by it. It is an automatic driving vehicle that performs necessary functions without any human intervention because it can sense through its surroundings. Automation in machines will significantly reduce errors due to a 99%+ accuracy rate and the lack of feelings. These are the two companies that are using Autonomous Vehicles technology.

·      Tesla

Tesla is another one of the early pioneers and leaders in the self-driving cars market. It has offerings of the self-driving system "Autopilot" and "Full Self-Driving." As compared to other Autopilot offers only stop-and-go adaptive cruise control with automatic steering. They offer many new autonomous features such as auto-steering, lane changing, and parking. Moreover, the company would enable full self-driving" capabilities once its software matured.

·      Waymo

Waymo is self-driving technology company that is owned by Google. They currently release the functionality of dataset that is used to collect the autonomous vehicles data during more than 5 hours of driving. As well they use the Python BD with the autonomous vehicles to manage the data in several urban and suburban environments. So, it has seen that realistic data is very crucial component for AV test and simulation.

·      Nissan

Nissan is one of those companies which announced its self-driving system ProPilot. They are using Python BD that is very popular with an autonomous vehicle. Further, their Advanced Driver Assist System is very user friendly. Today Nissan is providing something revolutionary in the form of their New ProPilot 2.0. It offers 3D mapping navigation, advanced sensors, and cameras.

3. 3d Printing

3d printing converts a digital file into a 3-dimensional physical object. This technology is the opposite of subtractive manufacturing, which is what is called additive manufacturing. It keeps adding layers on top of the layer until the whole structure comes into formation. The object prints by stacking horizontal cross-sectional areas on top of another. Also, it prints with the help of CAD (computer-aided design) software.

·      Ford

Ford has been using 3D printing technology since the 1980s and recently printed its 500,000th part with a 3D printer, which was an engine cover for the new Ford Mustang. They heavily use Python and Big Data in their system. Big data helps them to identify potential machinery breakdowns before they occur. Since big data introduction in the food system, it has delivered savings of more than €1 million.

4. Fintech

Fintech refers integration of new tech that seeks to improve and automate the delivery and use of financial services. Mainly, fintech utilizes to help companies, business owners, and consumers manage their financial operations, processes, and lives by specialized software and algorithms that use on computers and smartphones.

·      Zopa

Zopa became the first consumer peer-to-peer lending platform to surpass £3 billion in lending. The company gives people access to simple, better-value loans and investments to start up their own business. They committed to Python and Big Data as a unique part of their technology stack.

5.  DNA sequencing

DNA sequencing is an outstanding technology that uses to determine the entire genomic sequence of an organism. Today, sequencing a short piece of DNA is relatively straightforward, and you need the right equipment and materials for it.

·      Illumina Inc.

Illumina’s proprietary sequencing technology that understands how DNA influences our health and behavior. In that case, the company has developed a portfolio of sequencing products applicable to a range of genomic complexity and functional analysis. The company uses Python and Big data to implement key algorithms and organize large data structures.

6. Robotics

Robotics technology has some truly innovative robots which help human to do a specific task such as welding, teaching, assembling cars, or performing surgery. And these inventions are changing the way we live and work.

·      Diligent Robotics

DILIGENT ROBOTICS plays a vital role in the healthcare industry. The Diligent AI-enabled robots design to work with people in everyday environments. Moxi is a healthcare-oriented robot uses to perform time-consuming logistical tasks in hospitals like setting up patient rooms and restocking supply rooms. Diligent Robotics used python to analyze well-Researched methods in various computational bioinformatics topics.

How do they manage their BD?

Big data and python play a crucial role in changing the rules in Silicon Valley and other tech hubs around the world.  Many top-tier companies have discovered that big data gives the chance to not gain a competitive edge in their industries but offer some new standards to transform the tech industry as a whole.

Benefits of Switching to Big Data:

There are many proven benefits for companies who switch to Big Data include improvement in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, driven for innovation, and maximize profits. In short, Big Data is a highly emerging tool that takes companies to the highest level.
