DISRUPTION or DISRUPTED? - In several ways, Disruption is one of the most commonly used word in the space of innovation. However, if I look back at the last eight months, the one thing that has stood out for me is the Purpose and Courage that the humans have shown. The same holds good for the businesses, those who have not only survived the early onslaught of the pandemic but learnt to manage it.
As we speak, the majority have learnt, adapted and crafted a new normal for their own enterprise and socio-economic eco-system. A change of this magnitude has undoubtedly required enormous courage, and the change journey has just about begun….
This journey will undoubtedly entail a series of failures, as we try to work towards the new normal. However, none of these is going to be fatal flaws, as long as we have the courage to continue. It is quite possible that our comfort zone will push us back to the “old normal” . it is quite possible that we may yearn to be back to old normal…. But people …. Remember ….our newfound courage will create new paths, exploring new dimensions and perhaps create a canvas for a new future ….from all of us at Mindfield … a salute to the undying spirit where the courage to continue defined the new normal and writing the script for the future all over again.
We are the disrupted and are creating a disruption for a new future a new normal…....#cultureofcourage

4 年We have witnessed many disruptives during our life, social movements, values, Morals Technologies ..... the list is fairly long and everyone has adopted it and many capitalised on it. ?This pandemic has created a disruptive lifestyle, personally, materialistically, socially etc... many have adopted it with a purpose and some are forced to adopt it for want of choice ( those who have lost their near and dear) in any case this disruption certainly demanded ?a lot of inner strength and courage than any others we have experienced. ?Yet we don’t know if this will be a short lived memory or a permanent new norm. ?We need to wait and watch.?

4 年@Anjali, it's similar to whether you are proactive or reactive. Companies/countries which responded to this crsis proactively with well planned out actions have started showing good results.
