Dispersant MAM2150
This product is a polymer dispersant, generally light yellow liquid, belongs to the third generation. It is the third generation of polymer dispersants, which is more efficient than the first generation of inorganic dispersants and the second generation of organic small molecule dispersants in grinding and dispersion, and it can significantly reduce the viscosity of the grinding system, improve the fineness of grinding, and shorten the time of grinding.MAM can be used to dispersed a variety of inorganic materials to nanometer size in water or aqueous systems containing a small amount of organic solvents.MAM2150 is especially suitable for grinding and dispersing of lithium-ion battery system cathode materials.
Although the equipment used by each enterprise is similar, but due to differences in the formula and nature of the powder, the grinding time also varies greatly. Therefore, the amount of dispersant needs to be adjusted according to the enterprise's own equipment and process conditions. In addition, it should be noted that the amount of dispersant generally has an optimal minimum use, more or less performance is reduced, and even worse than the case of not adding dispersant. The optimum dosage depends on the fineness or surface area of the pigment in the final system.

Dosage: Used for dispersing various inorganic materials in water or aqueous systems containing small amounts of organic solvents, up to an average particle size of about 100 nanometers. If it is not necessary to reach the nanometer level, the dosage can be reduced. Generally 0.1% of the dry powder of the material. Due to the density of the material itself and the end of grinding particle size and distribution of different (different surface area), need to be adjusted according to the actual situation. Density of about 3 powder particle size 0.5 micron reference dosage of 0.5%.
Preservation: kept unopened at room temperature with a shelf life of two years.
