In particular, I'm interested in the soft skill development required by both corporations and individuals to adapt accordingly to these changes. It can be exhausting and frustrating to have to constantly manoeuvre through all of this change, and the impact is mostly felt by the teams in the fight. Hopefully leaders are thinking about how they can best equip their teams with the mindset to adapt quickly and cohesively.
