Class 5 through 1 Estimates

For conversation, how may have performed Class 5 through Class 1 cost estimates as described by the AACE (American Association of Cost Engineers)?
I'll begin with my career in estimating. I have estimated, using the class 5 through 1, for Banks, Hospitals, Libraries, Detention Centers, Health Units. Some of these were for private clients who had to establish a budget before the building contracts were issued. Of course, the private ones sometimes involved many months between the budget and the actual construction start.
I have also performed the Class 5 through 1 for industrial (process) projects. These included the feasibility and budgetary numbers. Some were for partial industrial systems, but 2 were for complete industrial facilities.
One excellent source for Class 5, 4 and 3 estimates is "Means Facilities Construction", which includes SF estimating.
