To assess an employee’s efficiency with technology, try discussing these points. What technology is most useful to them and why? Are they taking full advantage of the tools and features available on each piece of technology? Are they utilizing automation to speed up their processes? These are all questions that can help you identify potential areas for support and development.

In order to stay competitive, it’s important to make sure that your team has the right technology for the job. During employee reviews, it’s a good idea to review your tech stack in order to identify any current needs.
